Was just banned for six hours due to fail driving when I was trying to respond to a situation as EMS. I'm not sure why? I don't understand how it's "fail driving" when a police car drives right in front of you and you mistakenly hit it. I have sirens, they should've moved. I also don't appreciate being banned rather than simply kicked off without a single person speaking to me about the situation.

Hes actually not ingame staff - therefore you shouldn't have been banned by him in the first place.

Hi -

Regarding the situation: I was in the middle of being arrested on the side of the road until I was CDM'd along with 2 others by yourself. I recognised you being the perpetrator through the logs and I continued to follow your vehicle in no clip to see if you were continuing to drive recklessly, which you were. I usually don't ban, and when I do I tend to bring the person to me, but since what you were doing was so blatant, I believed an immediate ban was warranted. Regardless, a 6-hour ban was generous given what I witnessed.

As a developer, I am not an in-game staff, but I have the ability to ban. I do everything in my ability to avoid being in a situation to ban but given that it was late at night and I was one of the only available staff, it was on me to dissolve the situation.
