What happened: I got killed in a raid by cops

What do you need refunded: Kevlar with helemt / Glock 17 / 1 Lockpicks and 1 zipties / Mask and $200 bucks i had on me

CONFIRMED. To add on to his reason: Raid was countered by a civ and a medic was out combat healing the police. Also seems there might have been someone they had raided before breaking NLR but I am still investigating that possibility.
