To give some context, we literally pulled over 3 times trying to figure out why we were being pulled over. Instead he just kept ramming us and in the end left us doing nothing. We had no choice but to pull over or it would have been copbaiting to flee as we had no idea why he was pulling us over because he never said a word to us.

Oh my bad, I think he's right. Whoever Bigmane213 is, is the only other officer with premium on at the time so it has to be him since he has a charger.

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion.
Player @Logger was Faildriving and neglecting to preform his police duties to a more serious degree (FailRP)

He will receive 1 WP for both.
