In the begining he was restrained so we could move him forcefully he than procedes to curse at us, I than warn him that he could be placed under arrest for Disturbing the Peace. Even after he continues to be belligerent towards me. After which I attempt to put him in the car telling him we can continue the the roleplay untill an admin gets here. And in addition his friend comes to unrestrain him breaking failrp and Metagaming his location. (His friend was let off with a WARNING)

No it wasn't SuperHeavy told me to get the footage together and make the report as he had to go.

Yes, I dealt with the corrupt officer unarresting his friend in game but I couldn't stay on for long so I told @Mr.Dbaggy to assemble the footage and either make another report or make a player report.

CommunistCheese☭ his behavior in this video was unacceptable and had nothing to do with roleplaying. Obviously we don't want this on our server. He will be banned for a week because of minging, failRP, player disrespect and metagaming.
