Request Reason: Today, Ofc. Robin, did not follow the server rules. He was a Law Enforcement Officer, but failed to protect the citizens of Monoford. Instead, he shot his firearm into the air yelling "I"M GOING TO START SHOOTING. I'M GOING TO START SHOOTING EVERYONE!". After he had shot his pistol in the air, on top of my vehicle, he then continued to FailRP. He batoned random civilians with malicious intent - his actions was not justifed.
Robin had made a false code red on an amublance, shooting it continiusly for no valid reason after his colleagues had told him not to shoot at it. He RDM one player and also attempted to RDM another player when he had dischagred his magazine into them. Robin also was throwing a player body around the street, the person that he had RDM earlier. I did make a player report in-game, but no staff was avaliable that time to claim my report.
This type of behaviour is just not acceptable, especially for someone that is roleplaying as a Law Enforcement Officer.
When did the situation occur?: 30/01/2021.

If you play the video at 0:47, that's when he did RDM a player. At 0:53, that is when he attempts to RDM a player. At 1:20 on the video, that is when he throws around the body of the player that he had RDM earlier with no care.
