Request Reason: FailRP, Rdm and Rda commited by target. I lost items/vehicle. 2nd player that was with me was Rdm'ed and lost items.
Situation: I and another player were driving a vehicle near the fishing coast on the long road. I rear-ended a police car due to them not using a turn signal before turning into the PD garage. They got out and conversed with me. After our conversation, they dismissed us and we parted ways. as I was leaving nearly 5 police cars crashed and piled up in the area leaving me unable to move. One officer(target) stood next to my car and started to ask me questions. I told him I had been dismissed already by the officer that had originally stopped me. I did some small maneuvers and started to leave the area. as soon as I started moving my vehicle they hopped in front of my car and took damage from being hit by it. I stopped the car and asked them what they were doing. They pulled out their pistol and started to shoot at my stationary vehicle. I yelled at them that I am not running away and are complying. They kept shooting. As the target was shooting, the player in the passenger seat next to me ragdolled from the pistol damage. The target ran out of bullets in their mag, reloaded and kept shooting my car until it blew up. I probably sat there for a good 6 seconds in the still car while the target was shooting at it. Once my vehicle exploded I was forced out of my vehicle by the target. They handcuffed me and took me into the police garage/station. I asked the target what they were doing and told them that they failrp'd by shooting at me, killing the passenger seat player, hopping in front of my car and trying to stop me but they ignored me entirely. They took me into a photo room to screen me. Took contraband off me(lockpick) and arrested me(a countdown appeared on my screen). They proceeded to take me to a cop car and put me in. As we were driving I had enough of this situation so I decided to leave the server due to the time being late (11:30 pm), my time being wasted, the failrp situation being pointless and me getting angry. If the target simply talked to me like a normal person I believe this could have been resolved or even avoided. I'm not even mad about the roleplaying aspect or the items lost. They are just acting ignorant and show no respect.

Your evidence to support your claim: Target may have a recording, I tried to contact them but no response. Another player was there(passenger seat); he told me he will comment his side. there were other officers there who saw the situation(dont know them).
