I believe I claimed it but he did not have the video ready so I told him to let me know when it was uploaded or report them on the forums.

Zach Alfares(Jim), and his friend Jamal Smithinson tries to mug you for legal items, and money you do not have. After realising that you do not have any money, nor dropping your legal items, Zach Alfares(Jim) tries to shoot you, but because he is out of bullets, you only hear the click. Then he proceeds to shoot you, even though, he has no reason for doing so.

Therefor, Zach Alfares will be punished accordingly for breaking the following rules: 2.1, 4.1, 4.2:2:1.
