i never did say it was a rules or wasnt. i said its 2 tapping. not that it wasnt allowed. i have looked through the rules and nothing was there about that. that also wasnt the original video. it was 2 different moments. i dont understand, he was threatening. he litterally peaked me so i shot him. i believe this is all targeted because of the hostage situation that had just occured, and that you feel you need to report me for something you werent apart. that situation also didnt happen today. this was i think on sunday. he was already full dead before, as you can hear the headshot noise that he was dead right away.

I am not targetting you at all. I was going to report this after the hostage situation either way even if you became cop or not. I am not targetting you. It is unrealistic to shoot someone on the ground dead.
