Hello!
So here's the issue in this report. Your video does show that he intentionally drove himself off the cliff. The problem however is that there's no obvious evidence that he disconnected. For these kind of things what I'd advise is to ask an admin to either deal with it or to show a screenshot of either the console that he disconnected or ask for the admin to take a screenshot of him disconnecting if you necessarily want to make a player report. Because I only see the failure to value his life I will give him a warning with a certain severity instead.
