Nicholas Petrenko was in handcuffs and escaping with me and Nathan Torrento after we killed his arresting officer. On our way to the handcuff breaker we were stopped by a police car with its lights and sirens going off, the swat member inside the police car came out of his car (lights and sirens still on) and came running toward Nicholas, Nathan, and I with his handcuffs out. My group thinking were going to be arrested because of our previous action and he approached us in his car with his lights/sirens on we made the conscious decision to kill the swat officer. I pull my gun out (while Im in front of him, as hes looking at me) and shoot him dead. I was banned for RDM because i didn't initiate or I guess "announce" I was going to shoot or kill him, but I pulled my gun out on him while I was in his vision. I feel like I was well with in means to kill this officer, but i'd like a third party's thought on this. Was I within my boundaries and should the ban be lifted? Or was I in the wrong by shooting him? Regardless of your decision to repeal or keep the ban, I'd like a more elaborate reason to why I get banned instead of just telling me i didn't initiate.
