Request reason: the rules are(Law Enforcement can not use lethal force when in pursuit of a fleeing suspect unless your own or civilian lives are in imminent danger) and (Law Enforcement may only use deadly force when the situation requires the protection of themselves or others) . As you can see in the video this chief was not in danger at all! In fact i was trying to flee. and drive away from them. So the chiefs life was no in danger at all.there for it was a false code red.

You Were in a traffic stop then i seen that their was a class 3 weapon on your back in witch you heard me say. You Had Multiple officer's Pointing guns at your car and when you heard me say they have class 3 you drove off. you were code redded because during the chase that would have happened at a point your car would have been 10-50 and you would have engaged the officers So that posed a threat to the officer's lives. I feel like that was my reason to code red
