false metagaming charge

Unban Reason: They said i was in discord with someone talking about lockpicking, but i was the only person in-game on discord, the other person WAS NOT online in-game at all. *Marwan has ZERO proof of that* also i want to note that at the same exact time i was vdmed by a blue nissan skyline right after @Klaus spawned me from a Wheelchair glitch down by the docks of Rockford then while i was talking to Marwan about the nissan skyline i was vdmed by a white truck and Marwan let that person go. (i was not in the road at all, i was safely in the grass both times).

Time of Occurrence: 5:30pm?
Additional members involved/witnessing: None because the other person was not online in-game

Thank you for spending the time to make this appeal.

Since you believe that this was a "false ban" I'm going to present a timeline with the facts of what exactly happened to clear up any confusion:

1-The Timeline

• At 12:06, you reported that someone vdmed you and that you had a video to prove it.

• At 12:07, I claimed the report and told you to wait a minute while I watched the clip, and when I did, I noticed that there was someone else talking to you about lockpicking a warehouse in the clip, and that person wasn't talking in-game. So I tabbed back into the game and asked you if you were metagaming or not. You completely denied metagaming multiple times by saying, "I'm not talking to anybody in that clip." After that, I told you to wait and that I'd get back to you shortly.
• At 12:09, I attempted to show @Klaus the video you included in your report, but to our surprise, it was deleted by you.
  
• Fortunately, I had the clip downloaded and showed it to Klaus anyway, and we both agreed that there was possible metagaming going on in that clip.
• At 12:14, I returned to ask you about the clip and to discuss the original cause of the sit, but what I returned to was you being AFK, so I gave you a chance by waiting 15 minutes for you to respond to anything I was saying before I decided to ban you.

2-The Evidence

I'm assuming you're basing this statement on two things:
A. Because you deleted the clip and you think no one has a copy of it, so nothing can be proven.
B. That I don't know who's the player talking to you in the clip.

So here is the evidence:

1. First, in the deleted clip, you can clearly hear yourself and another person discussing in-character stuff via Discord:
2. According to you, your friend in that clip was not online in-game at all. But, in reality, he was online at the time. His steam name is "(Robiin) (STEAM_0:1:205650325)" and he was involved in a sit prior to your report. I recognized his voice from there and it was confirmed by multiple staff members that it was him in your clip.
3. Both of you have a prior history of metagaming through discord, so this wasn't your first time.
4. Both of you loaded into the server around the same time (3 minutes apart), and the only time your friend disconnected was after you were banned.

3-Conclusion

Part of this ban is for metagaming, but the other part is for going to such lengths to avoid any kind of punishment, from lying in the sit to deleting the clip and then going AFK, and you're doing the same thing in your ban appeal, which is why I'm going to deny it.

Please refrain from lying in the future, as simply telling the truth often results in better outcomes and less severe punishments.
