Evidence to support your claim: I dont have any evidence however the logs are there he went for straight warning points over a verbal warning when i shot at a taxi cause he tried running me over and i got out my car with my gun drawn as a police officer and told him to step out the vehicle he did not and on that reason i decided to shot at his vehicle if i was wrong then i would accept a verbal and get on with my day but for something like this i believe it needs to be handled

You shot a taxi for tresspassing which I believe is attempted RDM/false code red. You already had multiple warning points from earlier things and I believe I was being easy with just one warning point.

P.S. I thought you said you had shadowplay in the sit and you tagged the wrong person.

i shot at the taxi due to almost dying and then not stopping when i pulled my gun on him and i said that i might have shadow play but it was too late after the incident but anyway when its word against word how can i be warned he lied about what happened and denied trying to run me over so how can i be punished when i he didn't respect fear rp he didn't he lied to an admin but he doesn't get punished cause i have no proof and he has no proof of himself not trying to run me and the mayor over but i still get a warning point and also i havnt got any warning points for attempted RDM/Code Red so why are you saying i do i have warning points for

After looking at the information and some logs, it's shown to me that there are no damage logs regarding you and the taxi. So I'm confused why you thought shooting the taxi was a good idea. Code red should be, just like any rule that involves shooting, be a last resort.

I think the judgement was correct in this situation, I would have given you a warning too if I saw your history. 1 Warningpoint is even lenient in my opinion. Furthermore, recording the situation is needed for a staff report, so that we can understand the complete situation and how you experienced it. As far as I can judge, based on text, I'm deciding there's no abuse in place whatsoever. Try to be less triggerhappy next time.
