Relevant Evidence: I`m sorry if I am coming off as rash but this whole situation is ridiculous to me. In order to receive any evidence pertaining to the speculation of me hacking I had to beg anyone who could potentially have it to which I was provided with a video of a 1v1 done with a friend (which has already been agreed is irrelevant with a lack of evidence) and a video regarding a shootout/chase from police at the docks. I thoroughly examined each video and after looking over it myself I saw nothing too abnormal. Figuring coming back here and just complaining wouldn’t be enough to wade an opinion. I had a friend re enact the video from my own POV in the sit and explain reasoning for actions

As a follow up, with all evidence provided to me, I really do feel this ban unjust as it primarily seems like speculation of majority which proves nothing concrete, I play on this server basically everyday and I own premium. This ban is a major inconvenience that I felt I would not have mined as much if I was given a fair appeal process in which I confidently believe I can disprove any statements that go against me. To further this if necessary I will begin recording my game play 24/7 when I’m online and if any accusations are made then I will be more than happy to hand over my recording for your review. I took the whole situation as a joke early on figuring id be able to explain myself and be done with this situation, but I am not getting any sold form of communication with any relevant staff to properly appeal my case. I begging that this appeal is not instantly closed and if further video speculation of my hacking exists I would greatly appreciate if I could view as from my perspective I’m not too sure what is being held against me and from that boat video alone I would assume there would have to be more in order for a ban to be served. I greatly appreciate your time and I hope we can get this situation resolved.
