Ban Reason: FearRP, FailRP

Unban Reason: Our house got cop raided, so we fought them off for the most part with some casualties, including myself. Since my car was parked across the road, I wasn't sure if it was NLR if I came back for it so I waited the 10 min NLR timer and then went back to get it when there was only about 3 cops at the house. I find my car with 2 tires popped, as if my car was involved despite being parked at another house. I get in and as I am about to drive off, a detective starts ramming my car and telling me to get out, instead of doing this I just drive away, which is obviously already a bad idea, then I start getting shot at for absolutely no reason which I make a report on. I then jump off a cliff (after breaking FearRP which is what the ban is for) into the water below knowing I'd live because there's water then the detective follows, but he dies. The SWAT which blocked me in then starts shooting me again. So I keep running, then I get picked up by a friend, who then drives me away Situation's over, that's that, my report still isn't answered but it's fine since I didn't lose anything So I play for about 15-30 more mins then wr1ght teleports to me, asking if I own the car that I was driving I say yes, he teleports me to a sit Then the other player provides evidence which can be found in this report (https://monolithservers.com/forums/threads/metagaming-report-again.18933/ ). Then I get banned All in all, the situation should have been voided in the first place because who knows if I could have gotten away in my car or not and if my friends who got there afterwards could have done anything. I do not expect this ban to be fully removed, but may I atleast get a reduction? I mostly broke FearRP and FailRP because the other players broke rules aswell which kinda threw everything off.

You've acknowledged you violated the FearRP rule and you've also acknowledged that you FailRP'd by jumping off a cliff to avoid police.

The initial situation was:
- refusing to get out of a car at gunpoint / under FearRP

After reviewing your record in-game, you have multiple previous punishments for the exact same reason as listed above. Additionally, you have extensive history for FailRP and violating FearRP. This leads me to believe that you are not learning from your past mistakes and will continue to violate these rules.

The three week ban is not solely based on this current situation, it's due to what I said above. Repeat offenders will receive harsher punishments.

This is a poor attitude to have. It is not okay for you to break rules because other players are, especially with your history. You should know better. In the future, record and report these rule violations instead of participating.
