When did the situation occur?: 3:13 AM EST.
Your evidence to support your claim: Had recorded evidence but due to garry's mods poor recording feature there was no audio. I also would also like to add that he had called the cops and admitted to doing so when he was being held at gunpoint, which is breaking FearRP. The officers on scene: Justin Krokowski (Steam Name: Backflare) - Police Chief, he responded to the report and supported my side of the situation. The other officer was Jack Ryan (Steam Name: DestroyerDave moat.gg ).
Additional members involved/witnessing: My involved buddy, named "Sugu Reru" ingame, lost his M1911 pistol due to the FailRP situation. (Sugu Reru)

Since Harvey admitted to breaking FearRP at the time, I think he should respond to this admitting so. The recorded evidence is audioless and practically useless, if needed I can upload it.
