Hello!
There are some points to discuss. First of all, it's a public area so I don't understand why there is a mugging/shooting happening in the first place.
Then, I hear that you're using discord which is not permitted to use during roleplay.
Because he did break fearRP he will be punished, however with a warning of high severity. Why not a ban because of the points above. Thank you for reporting it.
