INFO Feedback Review Process

FEEDBACK REVIEW PROCESS

The feedback review process is relatively simple, and is oriented towards making it easiest for the Development Team to assess and implement suggestions from the community.

Step 1 - Forum Post
Any player can make a Feedback post. It needs to be either a Bug or a Suggestion prefix. We can deny suggestions at our own will.

Step 2 - Review Process
Any Developer, Server Director or Community Manager may move your Feedback post into the Reviewed category. This means we have read and moved your Feedback to our internal board for easier access for the Development Team. Please note that your Feedback may be denied past this point - this is simply a formality that allows us to integrate all Feedback closely for developers. We will try to reply if we end up denying your post later on, but it is not guaranteed.

Step 3 - Implemented
In patch notes, you can find out everything we add to the server (mostly). Thank you for being part of the collaborative process that will better our servers!
