Description of Bug / Suggestion: A couple weeks ago something happened with a handful of cars that made their handling and speed awful, a couple cars that I know have been affected are the Tesla Model S and the 1987 Ferrari F40. It has made these cars that were once good now awful and still very expensive.
I'm pretty sure the cause is because when testing vehicles, you use ones spawned from the Spawn Menu instead of purchased ones, and those spawned in ones handle entirely differently than the ones everyone else drives.
