What happened: Claimed my refund and thought I had the correct amount of item slots free in my inventory, but one of the slots was a rainbow fish (which has no graphic atleast for me) so it gave me the wet hash but not the UMP, unaware if you can help with this. Spoke to staff in game and they just said make another post and I may be able to get help but its on the member of staff who did the refund. Thanks for any help.
