That's video evidence from the other side of the perspective when i shot the guy, I think that it was a misunderstanding as I was already shot at the guy before he put he's hands up.As i peaked there was like 1 second where i just looked at him then i shot. I just don't really think it should of been RDM but the situation could of been handled differently.

You opened fire on him for no reason too, He was not a threat and then you turned the corner and saw him with his hands up but you still shot, I think a 12-hour ban is appropriate and short as this is your second offense. Unfortunately, I will not be unbanning you.
