Request Reason: These two were friends doing their thing, with Marco being a "Bodyguard" for the Medic Intern SLICK. Mainly the reason they were mad to begin with.

This later ensued for the Medic Intern to steal my vehicle and run away with it, even when ordered to get back. Thus they did not and got demoted for it. Then they came back in a revenge status to take me away and hold me as a mugging or hostage, unsure. Then when every order was followed Marco decided to shoot me in the back of my head and steal my two dinky P99 Christmas pistols.

From what I have seen, I have came to a conclusion,

This behavior was completely unacceptable, "deli store employee" shot you even though you responded and abide by every command they gave you, you were just killed simply out of revenge.

[2.2] Player versus Player

1. Surrendered parties (in a Raid, Mugging, Kidnapping and/or Robbery) may not be killed unless they are actively resisting, not valuing their life, threatening to kill or snitch on you, yelling for help or the Law Enforcement, or fail to fulfil requested demands.
