Reason for Report: Excessive Punishment for First Time Offense
I was driving down the outskirts when I was unfortunately my car got stuck on a tree, my teammates were driving on ahead and I saw that the staff were extremely busy at the time so I decided to spare everyone the trouble and attempt to push my car unstuck with a prop. Keep in mind that I was the only one in the area and there was noone else on the road. I got my car when all of a sudden I get frozen mid air, He keeps me in the air for around five minutes without saying a single word until I simply say to him, " Can you please tell me why you froze me in the air." He then simply states "You are being banned for five days for prop pushing, you need to read the rules better." Keep in mind this IS my first offense in terms of prop pushing my car unstuck and any other person in a position of power would have given a warning point at MOST. However, Friskie used my previous punishments that had nothing to do with prop pushing as an excuse to exaggerate my ban to unreasonable proportions. The fact of the matter is that was an extremely Toxic, Uncomfortable situation in which friskie forced upon me and I do not appreciate at all being banned for five days for pushing my car unstuck. P.S. I have had multiple friends banned or blacklisted for unreasonable times for the simplest of mistakes commited and none of the staff members except friskie have handed these said punishments out.

You have long history of punishments and rule breaks. I feel like a 5 day ban was fair enough. You were frozen in the air because I was jotting down your notes and was distracted by some background noise. You were frozen in the air for less than 2 minutes while I jotted down some notes and decided what your punishment should be. All in all, the sit itself took less than 4 minutes, I don't see why you're being melodramatic.

Punishments aren't just supposed to be handed out per type of punishment. If you break the rules often then you will have longer punishments, no matter how small the rule break is. There was me, tristan, smokeydagger, shiblamo, and satan on the server with 60 some players. I think we had plenty of time to deal with your sit.

Don't break the rules and you wont be punished. If you had less of a history of rule breaks I would not have punished you for 5 days and I would have given you a warning point instead. But you have a LONG history, so I gave you 5 days. You can either mope around in these 5 days or utilize them properly by reading our rules and making sure you will follow them.

Also, mid sit you decided to hop into your car and drive off. Really man?

Punishments are meant to be handled on a First Offense, Second Offense basis which is why people have their ban lengths extended if they repeat a rule break and do not receive the same punishment on their second offense as they did their first offense. My long history of punishments and rule breaks is irrelevant when it comes to this current situation as it does not make sense to ban someone for a week for prop pushing when they have been punished for RDM in the past as those two have no correlation with one another. If I were to have a long history of prop pushing I would be fine with this ban however, I was originally supposed to receive a warning point so it makes no sense to exaggerate the ban to five days. Also in the so called "sit" I repeatedly asked why you froze me in the air and I was very curious as to which admin I was dealing with as you have a long history of spectating specifically GS9 members and punishing them for absurd amounts of time for the lightest of offenses. When an admin wants to commence a sit they get the persons attention and explain to them what they did wrong and they give that person a chance to explain the situation and defend themselves, However, You simply spectated me for however long you did and waited for me to attempt to push my car unstuck, when you saw me you took that oppurtunity to freeze me without saying a word and keep me frozen in the air. What I found curious is that both you and smokey were involved with my sit even though it was a small thing such as pushing my car unstuck.

Additional Information: Staff is supposed to be as helpful as they possibly can, However, You spectated me when I got my car stuck and instead of helping me you chose to wait and purposefully watched me attempt to unstuck my own car. This inspires thought that you purposefully targeted my character and therefore I believe that this is not your first time waiting for a rule break to occur rather than stepping in before it happens and trying to prevent it.

After watching the video regarding this situation, I can see that you literally entered your vehicle in the middle of a sit and decided to drive off. What kind of behavior is that?
Furthermore, you had been banned for 2 weeks before that. You were unbanned on the 26th of February and managed to stay only 5 days out of trouble...

Proppushing is never allowed and you have been here long enough to know that. In addition to that, your record is extensive to the point it requires us to use a scrollbar to scroll through all your notes, which shows you have not learned much from your past punishments.

Concluding, the way you acted in the sit was unacceptable and you broke another rule, again. The ban is valid.
