So as we look here, a guy seems to loose something. Looking for the other kid. Then he pulls a gun on me, and robs me. Friskie says that he was "looking for something as it could have been stolen." When I am being robbed infront of a NPC, he says hands up and then tells me to drop something. Something. Not the item he lost but something, meaning he is in fact mugging me infront of a npc. After telling me to drop something he tries to shoot me in the head with a makarov in under 3 seconds, but he died due to not having ammo. As I died aswell due to police officers. Friskiemar had no intention of looking at the video. He may have watched the first couple seconds and made his verdict. If by what he said, I am allowed to roleplay in casino if I loose something, that gives me and many other people a loophole just to rob people in casino, and answer "Something got stolen from me." As I lost 2 primaries due to that guy.
I think that its pretty clear that the 1st situation was a huge rulebreak on the other guys part as a attempted RDM and a mugging in public.
