Reason for Report: I was at bank, with 2 other people around me and an AFK cop standing in the corner. I hold up a knife to one of my friends joking, and this James Prance kid comes up to me with a knife, looks at me and said, and i quote "the fuck you just said" and i attempt to stab him for threatening me with a KNIFE. I attempt to swing at the guy and cross-fire and hit someone using the bank-teller. I realized what i did and apologized profusely and i say "give me his stuff back cross fire cross fire." As im saying this, i notice the Police Officer in the corner start to back up and turn on his radio, so i go over to see what hes saying and he says "i need backup there is people stabbing at bank" so i kill him for snitching, and calling backup. Once i do that, this guy comes over to me and loots his bag. I tell this player to stop looting his bag and leave bank. I attempted to tell him MULTIPLE times to get out, and so he goes over near the bank teller area, so its obvious hes not leaving. So i stab him, for not leaving. Then, Friskiemar comes and takes us all. I don't see how this is "copbaiting" considering i was protecting myself from this James Prance dude from stabbing me.

AFK cop or not. That does not matter. You and your friend decided to have a knife battle in the middle of the bank in front of a cop.

You were awfully buddied up with this guy if hes just some guy around the corner. You were even buddied up with him during the sit.

So i stab him, for not leaving.

Leave the bank? A common area? While you're not raiding the bank? Leaving the bank for looting a corpse that didn't have a container? You see where I am getting at here...

I don't see how this is "copbaiting" considering i was protecting myself from this James Prance dude from stabbing me.

You weren't protecting yourself, you were knifing it out with your friend. I saw the whole thing. If you were trying to protect yourself, you would have killed him. You had plenty of chances to do so, when you were looting the bodies. Killing the cop, killing the other two players. You had PLENTY of chances.


You were punished for RDM x2, attempted rdm x1, failRP, cop baiting, and lying in a sit.

Your friend was punished for the same except for the lying. Your friend had 17 previous counts of RDM and received the same punishment. So you have to imagine how bad your wrap sheet had to look for both of you guys to get the same punishment.

You killed a by stander at the bank. You killed the guy who did not loot containers. You killed the cop because you wanted to cop bait (counted as a cop bait charge not an RDM charge), and you lied to me in the sit. I consulted with @PMX about the situation and he recommend a 4w weapons blacklist for both of you.

To be honest. Your report is just "your side" of the story. What exactly are you staff reporting me for? It's not very clear in the report.

You say this, but we haven't talked in atleast 2 weeks. You said you were spectating the whole entire thing, so you literally saw us not talk until this happened.

I'd rather not call staff and take it into RP and just give him his stuff back in a later date.

Mistake, he was looting his body. When he came close of the body, it said in inventory above his head. I gave the guy multiple chances to leave, but he walked over to the TELLER, which is not near the door, if im not mistaken.

Yes, he was looting the B O D Y. I couldn't tell if the guy had anything on him since this random civilian has been next to him 3 seconds prior, which if you right click fast enough that can get you everything.


All i'm saying here is that a 4 week weapons blacklist is way too much, for something that didn't even really have any rule-breaks. I'd rather aid a dying man then fight, or in this case knife fight. You also kept refusing what rules i broke, you said i "lied in a sit", which i asked what i lied about you immediately said "im gonna be returning you, have a good day" and never got anything.

I did not ban you, console banned you for too many warning points.

I flew by after the sit, heard you breaking character, complaining, and being disrespectful. Then I told you, "Stop breaking character", you decided to ear rape (literally not metaphorically) while being disrespectful. And I told you to stop doing that and you did not. I made an announcement. Two actually.

Why not appeal it then? Going straight to a staff report seems a little off as after reviewing this, I don't really see where friskiemar acted poorly?

Sure, you could argue that a 4 week weapon blacklist is pretty long, however that is much preferred over a 4 week ban don't you think? We take into account your history which from what I reviewed seems fairly extensive.

Our staff will usually issue global warnings, as it is much easier than individual warnings, especially if these issues are widespread. Given he did two warnings within a minute timespan, I do believe this is a sufficient enough warning in my own opinion.

As for the rest of this, it seems like you are upset moreso about the blacklist than anything, and after reviewing your history on our server, I do not feel as though friskiemar acted poorly. Harsh, yes, but this is an example for you to learn from, and sometimes the harshest punishments set the firmest examples.
