Request Reason: The people attempting a kidnap on me were attempting to do so without any valid weaponry, or threatening stature of "or else", to signify a must. Eventually I decided to just back away from them being weird and with that they pull out a firearm and immediately attempt to dome me.

Given that they didn't properly initiate an instance of kidnapping, I don't believe they had a real instance to fire at me for just not listening to them. As they never pulled a firearm until that moment of me already being out of their hearing/voice distance.
