Reason: Your refund request does not meet the requirements set within our refund request guidelines. Refunds can only be issued for two main reasons which are Server-side issues or Rule-breaks. Refunds are not permitted to be made for client-side issues in accordance with those same guidelines. Due to the fact that it was a scheduled restart this would classify as a client-side issue as the server did not crash, nor was a rule-break involved.

Note: I am sorry that you lost these items, however in the future you need to be more careful and be ready to react and respond to the automatic messages that display prior and up to the restart.
