Ban Reason: NITRP/Staff dis
Unban Reason: I was just driving back to Sunset isles after evading the cops when my friend got banned for putting a vehicle in the elevator (at least I think that was the reason) and so I got upset and said "#staff take it in the ass" in OOC. I admit this was staff dis but where is the NITRP? I was selling guns/weapons and selling copper/iron, planning and jewelry heist, which to my knowledge is valid RP. I understand that I did staff dis and am sorry about that, I know staff get alot of shit on this server for doing their job, I just was upset about my friend. I get why I was punished but I don't think I should be banned for something so simple. If I could come back and just get an OOC blacklist I would be very appreciative and will try harder next time to be more respectful to staff and a better part of the community. If I don't get unbanned though I'll be back in a week with an apology in hand for Austin, I'm just hoping he can forgive me for being an asshole. Not just this time but for every time I've said something disrespectful towards you and other staff.

Good evening,

The reason that the ban was for NITRP as well as the staff disrespect is due to the police chase and nearly every other action on the server today being done in order to "RDM Cops" because you want to see "how many cops you can kill".

In addition you were previously warned by another staff member to not ERP yet you continually did so today while on the server. I can understand saying a joke or innuendo; however, you did so immediately after telling others that you were told not to ERP. If you continue to push limits and do things like such the punishments will increase significantly. I will accept this partially and amend it to three (3) days.

I will say though, this is a one time grace. If you do anything of this nature in the future the ban will be much longer and I will not accept the appeal.
