I was walking through an alley when Gooby pulled up, got out, yelled "hands up" with no gun out, and shot me less than 3 seconds later. No time to react, no proper RP-just straight KOS.

After that, he stirred shit in OOC, I'm new here and this is my first report, but I keep seeing this kind of RDM and drive-by nonsense every day. It's honestly killing the fun. Funny enough, I had a fair raid an hour earlier that was great RP-this was the total opposite.

Honestly I kinda messed up here. I told the guy hands up as I was equipping hoping hed stop before entering public. then I went around the corner and saw him running to 5:00 clock thinking hes gonna go in his base.

He ended up not having anything I tried to compensate with money and items but he refused.
