Request Reason: Initially I was responding to a call that was going on at Port of Box, and the Black Skyline (Weedle) came around the corner on the wrong lane hitting me. I wasn't all too bothered seeing as it's more of a hit and go away. Yet they came back around and decided to drive all around me while I'm trying to deal with another situation, which leads me to having a deal with them. Even then you could see them getting ready to basically pounce by calling up their two, or more, buddies to "assist" them. As you can see the other vehicle hit me, probably trying to bait me as well. Afterwards I gave them a ticket and told them to go their merry way, as I wanted to focus more on the situation at hand at hospital now.
Later then we had to deal with the officers already preoccupied with putting the other guy in jail that we were earlier chasing. Although, they still had their vehicles holding at Park after the foot chase, so I was just holding out so no one would steal them. Then comes back again the Skyline with the COPBAIT license plate I was talking about earlier, even after giving them a ticket. They once again come to me directly and try to instigate and drive incorrectly. Knowing that the next instance after a ticket is usually an arrest for a repeat offender. Probably the only reason they layered off was from the lack of response from me.
