monolith players

Hi. Today, I have read a message that sushi posted on the discord and long story short, we will have a some sort of brand new monolith, but with the downside of everything getting wiped, not just economy, but all. He quoted "we are pressing the restart button" (or somthin' like it) and this will let him make his own server hosting with his own team that he can manage.

So, do you think this will save monolith and bring it out of its dark empty days? Are you all ready for the grand reopening of the server? Are you all ready for new grinding once more?

Are you all ready for a brand new monolith?

(In 2-3 months or so)

By then, so long and we shall meet again on monolith 2.0

eh while if it was popular i might play as a cop but not willing to grind like i did in this monolith hundreds of hours of level grind dusted meh

He said "And for the wipe, yes, this means bans, notes, points, inventory, money, everything. We are pressing the reset button on Monolith..." this might mean skills too (hopefully not) because having to regrind everything might not make players come back in and this will not make things better for monolith. For me, I've grinded since I joined back in november 2021 all skills. I've grinded many of the skill for my main goal of leveling player level and then leveling paramedic to max out (this was my first maxed out) then I worked on the police level (and I still remember the satisfaction I had back in rockford 2022 when I could become lieutenant) and this was my big joy.

Just taking it out all away and just throwing all those months or years of grinding down in the drain would not make players come back. (Well maybe most players) I know many people love the grinding, but many others won't like that. If you want to restart everything, just go into the inventory, go in configurations and go down and touch the reset character button.

So should sushi really reset everything? Perso, no.

I think everything but skill levels and job levels as I grinded to max lvl pd and over 600 character level since i started in like 2018

I think it could work assuming it comes with substantial gamemode and map adjustments and new content. If its the same old then no it wont work for the long term.

He said that the update will bring many more new features, but at this point, like the wipe did barely anything. And the riverside or whatever this name is with the base builds were just a single bit of what monolith could have.
