So I'd like to state that when I was killed I was not a threat to him, my machete was on my back, and in addition you can see me unquipping my weapon. He was not in danger for his life nor was anyone else as there were no people around. When asked why he shot me he replies cause "he felt like it". And just to rub salt on the wound He also decides to give me an excessive jail time of 30 minutes.

This entire situation was literally around 2/3 seconds long giving him plenty of time to see I wasn't a serious threat.

May I ask why you decided to raid the bank on your own? And with a machete no less... That's more FailRP in my opinion...

I'll give you both warning points, considering that raiding the bank alone with a simple machete is somewhat FTVL in my eyes. Giving the fact that he instantly shot you without any interaction or immediate danger to him, which the following rule comes into play:

2.2.5 - Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.
