8.Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, it is reasonable to enter with the intent to kill. For example, if anyone at the targeted property has a weapon equipped, the base as a whole constitutes a legitimate threat and you may kill everyone that has not visibly surrendered inside it.
This is in your own rules. Jim Pickens didn't even have a weapon and they killed him. Nor did they tell him to put his hands up and shot and killed him through the window of his apt. Yet Green Gatorade said it was okay when in your rules it states different.
May I also point out he didn't even enter to kill, he shot him through the window then entered. Giving him no chance to defend himself. Even though he didn't have a weapon.
