Time Of Occurence: 7/1/18 around 2am
Relevant Evidence: My gang was being held hostage in the red warehouse and cops surrounded the place. I showed up because i got messaged by my orginzation that we were being raided. So i origonally held the area with the police telling them those were my friends and used my car as firing cover for the police. after about 5 minutes of them not shooting back i got into my car and drove into the warehouse in an attempt to save my friend. I ended up accidentally hitting him but killing 2/3 hostile people the last one shot my car and blew it up. Please check damage and chat logs to confirm this. I had a valid in game reason to go into the warehouse and i was not "giving no value to life. I am in a gang and every member of our gang pledges our life to save one another we are "befreinded" and would not be considered VDM according to this rule
"Vehicle Deathmatch is not allowed without a proper reason. You may use your vehicle as a weapon if your or a befriended life is in immediate danger and no other option of self defense is available."
my reason was to save my friend from the hostages since police were doing nothing about the situation, i had no gun and he had no gun so this meant that my vehicle was my only weapon

Sense I am one of the ones who made a report about this, I will say my full side. My friends and I were raiding red warehouse and took one of your friends hostage and killed the others (I believe or atleast took their comms). Cops ended up showing up, so we changed it into a hostage situation. After waiting for a couple minutes, you pull into the driveway and go full speed into your friend and mine. After that, you try and do a circle to hit my other friend, but I blew you up in time. In the sit, you said that "It's my base, I know when its being raided." Now in your appeal, you said you contacted your friends? But how could you contact your friends while they have no comms and one of them is ziptied?

Alright first I want to state that during the sit you did say that you just knew you were being raided. The people in your org even said they did not contact you. Now about the FTVL. You drove in killed the person being held hostage (your friend) and you ran over the people in J&M glass co. Killing yourself might I add. There was the whole police force there. In my eyes that was clear FTVL also during the sit when i told you the punishment you were receving you said "Well im getting banned boys" "I'll just find a new server" and then logged off before I could continue talking to you. Thus LTAP.

I believe you 4 were the only ones online at the time. Anyways, how would they know, I never saw any other civs. He never actually issued the punishment before you left. Therefore, it's ltap.

there were about 8 online at the time. 2 of which were on the PD who did not contact me. there were about 2 who got away from the raid one of which who got arrested by swat. he contacted me about the raid

and lets say "i didnt" the point is that it isnt VDM according to the rule of VDM. I had no other means of self defence and accidently killing your friend doesnt mean it is VDM accidents happen not every rescue goes right. at worst i should have been jailed for 30 minutes not banned for 4 days.

So like I have said. What you did is vdm The police were at J&M dealing with the hostage takers. You still killed everyone in J&M exept one person and then got blown up and died. Now picture real life. if the cop are at the area talking to the hostage takers and one of them is your friend are you really going to go full speed in a prius and try to kill everyone in a small room? I have given this some thought and my choice still stands Appeal Denied
