Reason for Request: Extreme FailRP, false in-game reporting of me and my team mate Alex (his report was : fail rp, fail raid, rdm, demanding all items during mugging) - thats what it said on my ban screen. Monolith is a Serious RP server, and he fail rp's countless times. at times he was screaming into his mic saying "YOU CANT TAKE MY GUN" "YOU CANT TAKE MY ITEMS" and Alex says in the video that yes you can you should read the rules. We had to tell him to stop talking and at one point Matthew almost lost his shit and he said "alright if you talk again you're dead" , he then talked after that - we had guns pointed at his head, so he broke fear rp because he did not value his life. We took his phone away and he still called the police, 2x. Alex even said that "we are keeping your phone by the way". http://prntscr.com/frm1lx . He got me banned for "attempted vdm" when I was cutting him off so my group could mug him. If I attempted to VDM, I would have tried again, notice i hopped out when my group was close enough to mug him. I didn't even hit him so yeah.

- He never read the rules - had to ask a mod if mugging was against the rules - says on video that we "demanded all" of his items when we CLEARLY never said that. It was organized and since Matthew had the better mic and mine is pretty cancer for how expensive it is, I had him tell him what I wanted: simply his gun

- cussed us out many times, rule break because he was gagged - while we are talking about him being gagged he continued to talk, over, and over again. His explanation was because "we were asking him a question" when clearly in the video we never did at the time he was talking. Hazza didn't even have his mic recording at the time but my group could back me up on all of this
