Which Staff issued the Warning Point: @Jacub

Reason for the warning point(s): Headglitching
Why should the point(s) be removed:
The props I had down for base defense are in the game for a reason. They are easy to destroy and would have only taken 4-5 shots for you to destroy before you peek me. Instead you make a sit only after we rush you in a gunfight and you lose, even though the props were not a deciding factor as you destroyed the ones I had at the front and gave us a reason to push. I don't understand how a breakable prop labeled as a structure that is placed correctly and not floating in any way can be considered unfair when I use these props every time I base against good orgs like YFG and 786. They almost always steam roll me even with said props in my base because they are smart and shoot them before they peek me. I won a gunfight against @Tru and immediately after I get a warning point for headglitching. How exactly did I hurt your experience when we pushed you with a KSG to the back of the barn and you lost then by your own bad play. If these props can't be used, then remove them from the game. Stop giving me punishments for using in game building items, I literally raided a staff base today with the same props and you didn't see me complaining. I understand ridiculous stuff like the printers that were changed, but these props literally exist for this reason. If they don't, make a rule completely disallowing props in a base, or remove them I am tired of this shit. I guarantee you if they won the fight they wouldn't have complained at all. I challenge you to try and use these props against me or bigger orgs, you'll see how shit they really are. I literally have a video of me and a couple of other people INCLUDING A STAFF MEMBER using props during a 5 o'clock hostage sit where we use the same fucking props. @Recommendations can attest. We did a pistol hostage sit and used multiple props just like the ones I had and not one thing was said @tazdevil335 even came into the raid mid raid and moved 1-2 floating props that were accidently floating, and he didn't say a word about the other 3-5 "headglitch" props that were there. I will be getting screenshots of what I am talking about soon, but this warning point is absurd. We pushed you and you died when we weren't even behind props, so you cannot act like it was the props fault you died in the end.

These props were not removed during a hostage sit except for the ones on the counter that were bent and floating, however in this example they are fixed.

You were doing this for most of the raid we couldn't even hit you.

can confirm
this is what we did during that raid and nothing was said about any headglitching as well as 2 staff members being there with us.

Okay, in my opinion this is obvious headglitching because you can barely see your head. The only part visible is the top part of your hair. The requirement for it not to be headglitching is being able to look down the barrel of your gun. Which wasnt possible here, at least not in the 2nd clip.

Then what about the 1st clip where I am shooting him with a pistol. The 2nd you can still see my head, it’s just hard. That’s not why this warning point is BS though. It’s BS because I pushed out from behind these props because they finally got destroyed after one of them gained Extra IQ during the raid to actually target the prop first. Then I hear one of you heal, I see someone run to the car so me and Atakan push the person on the left. We kill him fair and square no props at all, then I proceed to kill someone who jumps in a car trying to escape. I’d also like to point out @Jacub that you don’t firefight or raid probably at all so you have 0 experience in dealing with those props. I think an official rule change needs to take place if this continues to be a problem. I’d like to hear people’s opinions on this honestly especially the staff who are well attuned with raiding like @Agam or @StewartJames who deals with these when raiding bases either on cop or civilian.

@Simon Mikael

After looking over your appeal, I have decided to accept your request for a Warning Point appeal and leave it as verbal for future reference. Because the prop is buildable and you did not alter it in any way (ex. Floating, prop climbing, etc) I will accept the request as I and many other members of this community have used this prop for this purpose. With that being said as please refrain from using it because for shootouts in the future as provided by tru video you can only see 1/5th of the player's head.

Regarding me flying around, I was just spectating and saw the floating props and fixed that In no way was I there looking for head-glitching.
