Request reason: On 7/11/18 at approximately 1:50 AM US Central Time, POLICE OFFICER HEN BERNARD violated rules [2.2]-1 (RDM), [2.2]-5 (Attacking to Kill), [5.2]-1 (Police Resort to Lethal Force), and [5.2]-7 (Police Confiscation of Firearms). OFC. BERNARD's actions caused this player to lose a legally-carried Desert Eagle pistol, as well as money payed for a rented property during incarceration.

[0:00 -2:17] Property is purchased and I drive to the residence. This was included to show that I was uninvolved in the original incident at the property.
[2:57-3:18] While watching from a distance, I notice police vehicles are leaving the residence. Medical personnel can be seen on the property. It appeared to me that the situation had been handled and the property was now safe to enter.
[3:34] Upon parking and exiting the vehicle, I am immediately shot several times. EMS revives me, at which point I am detained by OFC. BERNARD. I am genuinely confused, and attempt to speak to OFC. BERNARD. I am then stuffed into a patrol car alongside CITIZEN PAUL SMITH.
[5:39] OFC. BERNARD states, "I'm gonna take you both in for questioning, alright? You're not being fully arrested <inaudible>.

[8:58] OFC. BERNARD gives me a direct order to move to the holding cell bench, despite still holding on to me. I attempt to comply. OFC. BERNARD then repeats the command, this time wielding a baton while still holding on to me.
[9:40] I am jailed for fifteen minutes without any explanation, despite being told previously by OFC. BERNARD that I was "not being fully arrested."
