Reason for Report: Misuse of powers.

He respawned me for watching my friends get raided by police from like 150 meters away and thought it was appropriate to respawn me with no explanation after. I kept prompting him to explain why he respawned me but he didn't give any excuse such as "it was an accident", or any reason or response at all so I decided to report him for this.

A little more details,

I did not violate any rules when watching. I did not break nlr, I did not die within 10 minutes in that area or within 10 minutes at all, I did not counter or attempt to counter; my only intentions were to watch the PD Raid.

I told you in game you couldn't give callouts during a police raid after the raid had started because you were putting yourself into the raid and told you you needed to leave the area you I would respawn you. Instead of listening you move farther back and pull your camera you which is why you got respawned.

What rule did I break exactly. What made you decide that it was appropriate to respawn me? Talking to my friends while they're being raided is allowed, right?

What has what you said got to do with why u respawned me? You shouldn't've respawned me either way for no good reason. Not sure how you're trying to justify it. Explain why what happened when you spoke to me makes it any better.

Thank you for your report. In your clip, it does show you giving callouts for a police raid. This falls under rule 4.2.7, giving callouts to a raid you were not already involved in would be considered actively intervening.
After checking the logs, it does appear that Hockey spoke to you, at least via text chat. Your evidence does not include this nor anything he may have said to you over voice, but fair warning was given before you getting respawned, by a whole 2 minutes.
There was no abuse of power, a respawn was within his admin duties. Staff report denied.
