What happened: This guy pulled up jumped out of the car and told me to get out of the car but didn't give me any time to react and killed me. After I made a report and showed the video A mod told me to I have to get the item refunded on the forums because he can't refund the item because no other staff member was on.

I was the mod that did his sit and can confirm the above was taken. Could not refund his item in game.
