How do Staff (Ex.Staff) feel about the current state of the server

There are still some bad apples in the staff team (I won't cause drama explaining); PMX seems to be dedicating so much of his time to revive the server but it seems other factors are causing the lack of players unfortunately. Pretty much all I have to say about the current state.
