Request Reason: Fired me and had me arrested without warning for switching off SWAT so I could go patrol. He was forcing me to stay inside PD until there was a raid (boring as hell) so I switched to Pine County to go patrol. He then fired me for wasting police budget despite the mayor putting 40k in the budget and announcing he was about to get off, so budget wasn't a concern.

He was a SWAT when the mayor gave the PD $40,000, so I told everyone not to waste the money in big weapon builds if they really didn't need it. I saw that he bought $5,000 of a scar and equipment, so I ordered him to wait in PD for a house raid or Bank raid and he didn't like that Idea. So he decides to change to Pine county to buy more things. At this point he had wasted $5,000 of PD's budget because he didn't want to stay inside and he lasted 5 minutes of impatience to make him change jobs. Garayt Heinz knows about the situation aswell as hes being my Lt. for about 3 hours today.

-Less than 5 minutes after you fired me, the mayor quit and more than 30k budget disappeared. It makes no sense to fire me for wasting budget when the mayor's made it VERY clear through like 20 /gov messages and announcements that he's getting off soon and PD should load up on attachments.

-I joined SWAT hoping I could patrol with a partner, but you told me to stay inside AFTER I already bought my gear. I got bored a few minutes later because for some reason I don't enjoy sitting around a building doing nothing.

-Big problem, you fired me with no warning. You didn't tell me that I shouldn't switch jobs and didn't say a word to me after I did, you just straight up fired me.

While I certainly feel like its reason to exert some form of control over the PD's budgetary policy, this was taken to an absurd level. To start with, at $40,000 you aren't anywhere near the need to be micromanaging budgets (especially if its simply a last hurrah by the mayor before he retires). Furthermore, a bit of budget wastefulness would possibly be grounds for a strike, not an immediate demotion and most certainly not an arrest. Lastly, as SWAT can't (and shouldn't) be sitting on stand-by for prolonged periods of time, punishing someone for switching off of SWAT outside of an emergency is simply absurd. As a quick side note, I would like to remind @Jimmy Jimson that SWAT is also not supposed to patrol outside of exceptionally dangerous conditions.
