What happened: To be honest, I have no clue if this could get refunded, but im trying anyways. Basically i bet 250 at the roulette table, ($2500) and it landed on 0 but the server went offline so i didnt get my winnings which would have been $87500 I was wondering that since i did win and had the server not crashed i would have gotten it, can i get my winnings?

What do you need refunded: $87500 since $2500 was betted on 1 number and it's multiplied by 35. Thank you for your time.

To be honest, I dont know why my refund appeal is taking this long. Is it because you need evidence of the aftermath of the server? Well i have that as well to show that I didnt get the winnings. In the video you will see and compare

-My bank account being the same (310k)- Exact number: $310,867
-The 750 chips remaining on the table precrash, but not the 8k chips from the winnings being there (250 being put on 0 before the crash)

Had I got the winnings either:
1. The 87k would be in my bank account which would bring it up to 400k
2. There would be 8.7k chips on the table with the 750 chips when i took 10k out to bet 250 chips on 0

I dont know what else to provide that is solid evidence that I didnt get the winnings, but I think when combining both videos, you'll see i never got the 87k.
