Blacklist Reason: I acidently crash into car and and kill a guy behind his car.The situation was next: I stole ambulance then start driving it around,then i enter the city at layer 1 where is gas station and i got massive lag and crash into a car...i knock out the driver and may kill his friend behind then PMX catch me and blacklisted me.
Unblacklist Reason: It wasnt on purpose i try to explain the situation but PMX already blacklisted me.I never try to VDM or some shit like that...i didnt mean to crash into them...next time i will be more careful and its painful to walk only.

The reason as to why I blacklisted you is because we keep announcing every day, that you should drive carefully, and you were literally doing the opposite. In addition, as you mentioned, you ran someone over due to your recklessness.
