I was falsely perma banned on the monolith server

Hi im Bumdumdumbum, im new to gmod and pc games, today i was playing with my friend and I trying to buy a property to grow weed i was permanently banned by Official car mechanic with the reason of: alternate account of banned user (approved by pmx) - No appeal... I wanted to appeal due to the fax this is not a alt account its just I'm new to pc you can check me in game i dont have any warning to admins, my police record is clear, I'm just a noob trying to figure out the rope and i was falsely banned. i would love to be unbanned due to the fact I haven't done anything.
