Request Reason: When picking up a car basically blocking an entry way to Motel without a legal parking space, they then decide to engage me. Even though I was there for a while trying to get a good angle for the tow cable. Didn't even speak to me, except saying "No you don't." Then immediately equipped and shot at me to disengage the tow. Eventually following me all the way to the impound lot for reasons unknown.
When did the situation occur?: 1:10 AM EST 2/20/22~
