This is a fairly simple report, the guy took hostage of his own org buddy. I made a report, however, the mods on were way behind on reports (20 Minutes waiting) So I just made one on here.

Btw, he did get 5k from the chief. Not sure if the Chief at the time got it back however I believe the chief if possible should have the money returned for the situation.
