Removal Reason: I was Patrolling near TH when all the sudden I see a car driving down the street with 3 popped tires. I initiate a traffic stop and begin to walk up to the car when he begins to complain and question the legality of the stop, I explain what the reason for the stop was and asked him why he didn't just get a mechanic to help him tow his car to the shop, he didn't answer. and became more aggressive for no reason to me and continued to question the legality of the stop. he continued to be disorderly during the entire stop and at this point I order him out the car, I then place him in cuffs and take him take to MPD to process him for reckless driving.
From my knowledge the arrest I made was 100% legal and not out of the ordinary. I tried to explain to the staff member but it seemed like he either didn't care for what I had to say or wasn't aware of the legality of the situation. I feel I shouldn't be punished for doing "my job" because I gave this individual more than enough time to comply with me and to gather himself so we could have a calm discussion but he simply couldnt do it. I dont recall what the Admin said what the reason was for but I feel it wasnt a good one.
