Relevant Evidence: I was giving out tickets for 1 dollar since no one pays tickets, I gave out tickets for reasonable things such as J-Walking, Illegal Parking, and reckless driving. I asked one dude who was J-Walking if I could give him a ticket because he was new I was telling him it would only be a dollar, and he asked why does it matter I just said because without it I can't level up police cadet. The admin phys gunned me and told me I had been warned for this but I never had any notice that giving out 1 dollar tickets was against the rules. I only did this because no one pays tickets and officers said just giving 1 dollar tickets is the best thing to do. I really do like this server and I would hate to wait a week to play on here. I feel like I don't deserve this ban so I'm asking for a second chance. I didn't get a warning either so I have no idea why I was punished so harshly. Thanks.
