Ban Reason: metagaming and out of character.
From Melody: The video you provided does not show the situation leading up to your arrest, only starting at the arrest point, so beyond logs there is not much I can say on it. You are detained for questioning post a situation earlier, which you left to avoid RP for. When you rejoin you are put back into the RP situation, which is fine, and I believe preferable to a LTARP ban. In regards to that situation, logs show that you were not batoned before tasing Stewart; and you were never batoned by him specifically, but rather a different officer.
After being detained Stewart attempts to roleplay the situation out with you but, the entire time, you break character and refuse to engage. Ultimately this is turned into an admin situation and Mr .Alex decides to ban you for your multiple instances of lying to him in a sit. Throughout the entire sit you falsely accuse both of them of abusing their power when there is no evidence of this. A 3 day ban, in relation to your extended history of disrespecting staff and lying, is lenient. No issue there.
As for the second video, you were caught in the crossfire of someone doorblocking. I will say shooting here is unnecessary, but keep in mind this is also a game, and this is so incredibly minor in terms of RP. Furthermore, in your own video you show an instance of you metagaming via Steam and even mention that you are in Discord. This is against server rules. Considering you just recently came off a year ban last month, you clearly have no intent to roleplay on the server and only intend to harass staff and break the rules. You will be receiving a week long ban due to your own rulebreaks as evidenced here. I highly encourage you take this time to reconsider how you play on the server, and please have a refresher on the rules to avoid a situation like this again in the future.



Unban Reason: Im not hoping to be unbanned. But I have objection. I admit of being out of character however I cant agree metagaming via Steam and even mention that you are in Discord. Yes, my discord is on. Yes, my steam chat is on. But I don't even have friends in Discord. I recently started using it. well, I registered Discord years ago but I started recently to contact PMX. I watched the video over and again. However, I don't understand about metagaming using STEAM chats and Discord. Do I have to turn off Discord before I start the server? forgive me I really don't know. And yes, Im also in the monolith server.
1. Even It wasn't him, its not false accusation. It might be a misunderstanding.
2. "instances of lying to him in a sit" I would like to hardly disagree with this. If I did something I tell them truth. Recently I was in a sit accused of RDM. I told him that I did. Because there was mass RDM happening in the early morning and I got angry I did death match with them. I don't lie. Not even for a tiny thing. Only the reputation I got in real-world and monolith, I never lie. Because I believe lying makes words mean nothing. It would be really appreciated if you clear me of that charge. That charge is an insult and a slander to me.
3. " you clearly have no intent to roleplay on the server and only intend to harass staff and break the rules." That is not true. Yes I did make Stewart angry and disrespected him because he really was abusing his power. Staying in Character is important. But also this is important that you should know. This game is not work. Im not working Im playing game. This server is game. I agree breaking rules are bad. But everytime whenever him or some-else becomes higher-rank officer, bossing me around. If they give me command, I follow. But when they disrespect me because I got low rank and yelling to me like, "Drive faster dumb fuck! Drive well! are you retarded! or yelling me on radio You come to the office or I'll demote you! lot of guys does that include Xstward or something. I came here to enjoy role-play. Not being treated like in real job. Not even my real job Senior colleagues and TL treats me like that. And Im one the person who drives safely and being polite to civilians whenever they need help. There was a civilian who really need help desperately and I called for back up for sending an additional officer, He says "Dont listen to him", "your mom" like that. Why don't he expose those videos as well if he really records videos all the time? Should I avoid playing at dawn? I talked about this with PMX. And I figured out how to video record. But my drive C memory was insufficient. Recently I figured out how to plug in SSD portable hard drive. From now Im gonna figure out how to broadcast on youtube for admins and staffs on live.

So I wish, at least change the reason of my ban into→ "Breaking out of character". Thank you

Sorry to intrude but,

You'd know I hadn't batoned you if you'd listened to me and everyone else saying those exact words to begin with instead of shouting "call an admin then."
It is not an abuse of power to expect officers to follow orders, them not doing so is the leading cause of reports around police being made. We can't train good leaders if they are ignored.

It also seems that all talk about you on forums and between players is of you being deeply and disturbingly offensive in some way or another. I'd appreciate it if my name wasn't used as some excuse for your interpersonal skills.

If you come here to have fun, as I've said before, I'd appreciate it if you'd A) Be aware that other players want to have their own fun as well, and B) Stop slandering my name as a way of inexplicably justifying the lack of regard you have for the feelings of others.

I don't want to be mentioned again in regard to you, it's starting to impact my mind considerably, so kindly stop.
