The video does not show you leaving and your disorientation time was about to run out. If you do have sufficient evidence, feel free to create another appeal showing when you left and showing that you were actually in a loop.

Additionally, if you are stuck in a disorientation loop, call a member of the staff team and they will assist you. You do not have to leave the game.
